The PHQ-9 is a validated 9-item questionnaire used to screen for depression. It is widely used in primary care and mental health settings, including the NHS. A score of 10 or above suggests clinically significant depression.
The GAD-7 is a validated 7-item questionnaire used to screen for generalized anxiety disorder. A score of 10 or above suggests clinically significant anxiety.
